that will either make you laugh, cry or fear for your life. My name is Danny Burke and this is the top

This is the incredible story of a man who
who's depression triggered a horrifying sleepwalking event. Early in the morning of May, 23rd 1987, this
Toronto man got up, got in his car, drove to 10 miles to the house of his parents in
law and attack them. He killed the mother and but the father survived. He then handed himself in at the nearest police
station.
He had no memory of the event and no motive
to do it. A team of psychologists argued in court that
he was sleepwalking and he was acquitted of murder. What do you guys think of that?! Was he really sleepwalking and even if he
was, does that make it OK? Next up at number 9 we have Rachel Ward. In May 2009, this 18 year old British student
got up, put on a jacket and then slept walk out of her bedroom window and fell 25ft to
the ground.
The landed feet first right next to her car
and quickly collapsed to the ground. Amazingly, she was still not fully awake at
this point and was only semi concious. Rachel started to scream for help. Her parents found her and took her to hospital.
They feared the worse but Doctors were amazed
to find she had not broken a single bone in her body. What might be even more amazing is that after
all of this, she still didnt wake up properly until the NEXT day. Im sure that was an interesting catchup chat
between her and her parents ... Coming in at the number 8 spot we have the
email.
In 2005, the story emerged of a 44 year old
woman who woke up and starting sending emails in her sleep. She turned on the computer, logged in and
starting sending strange messages to her contacts. They were written in a mix of upper and lower
case letters and made no sense at all. One read -come tomorrow and sort this hell
hole out.
Dinner and drinks. 4Pm. Bring wine and caviar only- , another email
simply said -what the - this story helped to popularise the term zzz mailing
because so many people were starting to do it back then. Whats gonna happen now? Are we gonna have sleep snapchatting? Sleep YouTubing? I hope I dont upload one of these while Im
sleepwalking At number 7 now we have the Lawn Mower.
In 2005, an incredible story emerged about
a woman called Rebekah Armstrong who woke up one night to find her husband Ian mowing
the lawn completely naked. The noise had woken her up. She watched in disbelief and decided to not
wake him up because she had heard its dangerous to wake up a sleepwalker. Instead, she simply unplugged the electric
mower.
He then continued to mow the lawn without
actually mowing it. The next day, Ian didnt believe her but quickly
accepted it - presumably because theres no way youd make something up this weird. Its too weird. Next up at number 6 we have The Card Game.
Irrepressible87 said that one night when he
was 11, his Dad came home late from work and saw him in his room sitting cross legged on
the bed with his fingers spread as if he was holding cards. His Dad said hello but then realised the room
was dark and his eyes were closed. Despite this, he still looked at his Dad and
then said out loud -every time I play this game, I get my ass kicked- as soon as
that last word came out, he slumped and collapsed out of bed and onto the floor. Kinda makes you wonder how many weird things
the Dad didnt see! Coming in at number 5 now we have Turtles.
Reddit user Amphi Biology29 said that when
she first married her husband, she woke up one night to find him gone from their bed
and a metal rattling sound coming from the bathroom. She could see through the cracks that the
bathroom was pitch black. She knocked on the door and asked if he was
OK and if she could come in, he said yes. She opened the door to find he had taken the
shower curtain down ring by ring and was half way through taking the blinds down.
She asked him what he was doing and he calmly
replied -because the is what ninja turtles are made from- it was then and only then
that she realised he was sleep walking. Presumably because ninja turtles are made
of you know, turtles. Coming in at number 4 now, Hannah Abdiel had
a terrifying sleepwalking experience and remembers the nightmare that came with it. In the dream, she met her doppelganger - a
girl who looked just like her but slightly better in every way.
She looked into Hannahs eyes and said -When
you dream, youre in my world. I want to live in your world. I want to trade places with you- ... Hannah
grabbed her cellphone and began backing out of her apartment with her eyes on the girl.
Suddenly, a black shape exploded from a closet
and she ran out of the front door when she heard a gravelly voice say -where ya goin
Dolly?- The black shape finally caught her, waking her from her dream. She found that she had slept walked the whole
thing and woke up in a crumpled heap on the staircase with her cellphone gripped in her
hand. At number 3 now we have the Crystal Ball. This one comes from Reddit user Stezer who
said that he is no stranger to sleepwalking but one story stands out above the rest.
One night his girlfriend woke up to see him
standing on the end of the bed with his hands around the ceiling light bulb he was moving
them around as if the lightbulb was a crystal ball. Needless to say, his girlfriend was freaked
out and tried to stop him but instead, he kept saying -sssshhhh dont touch it, it
will fly away- that is, insanely weird. I dont know wether to laugh or cry at that
one maybe both. Next up at number 2 we have The Cold.
In January 2009, a 51 year old man from Wisconsin
slept walked out of his house in sun zero temperatures and walked into the night. His body was found the next morning 190 yards
from his house, hypothermia was the cause of death. Investigators were astounded that someone
could sleepwalk so hard that not even deathly cold can wake them up. They suspect it may have something to do with
the painkillers he was taking at the time
And finally at number 1 we have The Chef.
Robert Wood is a retired chef who quit his
day job and turned it into a night job. Despite being retired for years, he used to
get out of bed, go to his kitchen and prepare meals. Stir fries, omelets, spaghetti bolognaise
- you name it, he cooks it in his sleep. This can happen up for 4 or 5 times a night.
At first it started out as a bit of a joke
but eventually, the couple became concerned. They were only getting a few hours of sleep
and were also worried that he could start a fire without realizing. His wife said that although the food looks
amazing, she has never eaten it. I hate it when food goes to waste so I cant
imagine waking up to find that Ive cooked and wasted half of the contents of my fridge.
Poor Robert. Well, I for one will be strapping myself to
my bed for the rest of my life so that I dont end up in a part 2 of this video. Would you guys like a part 2 though? Let me know, Im Danny Burke and Ill see you
in the next video ....
